Chaim is a Ph.D. candidate at VISTA lab, Computer Science department at Technion. His research focuses on developing innovative algorithms for compression of deep neural network architectures and their hardware efficient implementation. Chaim is also interested in related topics in machine learning and computer vision, especially in unsupervised learning and auto ML algorithms.
Chaim received his B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering with honors from the Ort Braude college in 2014.
From 2015 to 2016 he was a research engineer at CSL lab at Computer Science department, Technion, working as a CUDA developer.
At 2017 Chaim received his M.Sc. in EE department at Technion, with the thesis topic “Streaming Architecture for Large-Scale Quantized Neural Networks on an FPGA-Based Dataflow Platform”.
From 2015 Chaim is teaching various courses related to machine learning and computer architectures.
